When I went to school in Spanish Fork, Utah, there were windmills a couple of miles away and I thought they were beautiful. We were in a canyon so there was a ton of wind and such a great idea to have windmills. Plus it was fun to watch them out of the window because there was nothing else to look at (that moved) other than freight trains. So I’d say even though Spanish Fork had a beautiful view of the mountains, the windmills made things look better with the movement and cute little flashing lights. Those motherfuckers were huge though once you got close to them, very intimidating. Oh and if Spanish Fork, Utah- a tiny, conservative town of 20,000- can do it, I’m pretty sure all of America can. Plus the windmills gave fun events like that kite day I went to where there were many many kites.

Let’s talk about what’s going on in Boston politics..

Paul Loscocco, previously Tim Cahill’s running mate, withdrew from the race to support Charlie Baker. Loscocco didn’t think Tim Cahill could win, and decided that supporting Charlie Baker would his best bet to defeat Deval Patrick. I don’t know though because a lot of ads have told me a vote for Cahill is a vote Patrick, and Loscocco was definitely supporting Cahill.

Charlie Baker said that he did not offer Loscocco a job, and Loscocco did not ask for one. But who knows these days! Anyone could be lying.

An ad told me that Charlie Baker wants to ship more jobs overseas, and another article told me he actually signed a bill called the Taxpayers Protection Plan, which just means he won’t raise any taxes. I got to the bottom of this, there are currently loop holes which businesses can take to save money by sending jobs offshore, and by Baker signing the bill, he’s also protecting those loopholes. On the positive side, apparently Baker is pro-gay marriage.

Also, I have caught word that President Obama is coming to Boston on October 16 to give a political boost for his close friend, Deval Patrick. Oh no. So, this indicated a vote for Deval Patrick is a vote for President Obama- and a vote for Cahill is a vote for Patrick, so a vote for Cahill is also a vote for Obama. And a vote for Obama is a vote for Muslims- which is a vote for Al Quadia- which is a vote for terrorists- which is a vote for world domination- which is a vote for Hitler- which is a vote for socialism. So Patrick and Cahill are obviously not save choices. Baker likes to call customer service and speak to someone hundreds of miles away that can’t speak English, so he’s out. Clearly the only safe bet is Jill Stein. (Who? Jill Stein for Governor of Massachusetts)

So I just found out about these guys. And I feel I’ve been missing out on they’re craziness. I spent all last night watching videos on their website and reading the reasons why they’re protesting where they are. They’re fascinating and effing insane. They have multiple pickets a day, and picket all of the The Laramie Project performances they possibly can. The protest The Laramie Project because it is “fag propaganda,” Judy Shepard is a “Fag Pimp,” and “no matter how many times this play is performed, Matt Shepard will still have to spend eternity in hell.”

These people are nuts. Aside from the fact their website is http://www.godhatesfags.com their videos and inability to hear any other opinions clearly prove their insanity. Or maybe I’m the crazy one and they’re right, THEY are the ONLY PEOPLE telling youth the truth about god and life. But I’d like to think people who use terms such as “fag enabler” or “elect Jews” and who make parody videos about hating Lady Gaga having a “whorish face” as apposed to a poker face are a little more crazy than I am. I am personally not religious, but frequently am told (by normal religious person) that god loves all of his children and that now is the time for salvation and that god loves me even though I don’t believe in him. Don’t worry, the Westboro Bapist Church doesn’t believe any of that fluffy shit. They think god hates pretty much everyone, even saying “god loves everyone- the biggest lie ever told” and that most people are going to hell. So there’s no rational argument with them, even ideas that god loves the world. They say things like “god sent the shooter.” Which includes murderers like, the Columbine shooters and the VA Tech shooter. I told one of my very religious friend about this and he was extremely offended by that belief. He said, “I can’t believe how anyone could ever say that. God wouldn’t sent a kid to do that, a parent may get mad at their children and want to punish them… But not murder them.”

Teresa Lewis was executed at 9:13 PM on September 23, 2010. It was said that she hired two men, Matthew Shallenberger and Rodney Fuller, to kill her husband and his son. The motivation behind the crime was the insurance money Teresa Lewis would inherit if her husband and his son were dead. She plead guilty for having something to do with the murder, but she did not kill anyone. 

There are a lot of things wrong with this:

1. Teresa Lewis was right above the line of mental retardation- she had an IQ of 70.

2. The two gunmen were sentenced to life in prison, when THEY WERE ACTUALLY THE ONES WHO DID THE KILLING.

3. It has been brought up many times that Matthew Shallenberger, not Teresa Lewis, was the one to actually plan the murders and that he just used her. In a letter that Shallenberger had written he says: “The only reason I had sex with the (Teresa Fuller) was for the money to get her to ‘fall in love’ with me so she would give me the insurance money. One of my brothers made me and offer I couldn’t refuse. He was going to start selling me kilos of pure Columbian cane for 12 grand a piece and pounds of weed for 200$” Still, this man was only sentenced to life in prison.

4. It was said that Lewis inspired other inmates “with her faither and the hymnes and country gospel tunes she sang…” She was a woman who made a difference in the life of others in a shitty situation.

5. Over 7,300 appeals were made to stop her execution. The European Union sent a letter to Robert F. McDonnell asking him to not to give Lewis the death penalty, but instead give her life in prison because of her almost retardation-ness. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad cited the case to Islamic clerics in New York last week. Clearly, no one was really down to kill this woman.

What I think is, this is another case of Tookie Williams. Sure Teresa Lewis and Tookie Williams did some fucked up stuff, but they made up for it. They repented for their sins (Tookie wrote children books and looked like a teddy bear on steroids.) The public wasn’t okay with them dying, but still the death penalty defeated them. In my opinion, the death penalty is wrong. No one deserves to die, even if they take someone else’s life. Yes, someone who has been sentenced to death may have caused pain for the loved ones of the person the killed. But then again, someone loves that person who is being executed as well. So why cause more pain for another innocent person who had nothing to do with the crime?

Look. Tea Baggers, it’s one thing to make completely ignorant comments without any factual basis. But it’s ANOTHER thing to drag a perfectly good beer into this. Samuel Adams is brewed in very close proximity to my house, and I know for a FACT they don’t brew Tea Party beer. AND NEVER WOULD. Because my town would not allow it. I live in Jamaica Plain. We have rainbow flags and homeless people. And I feel homeless people aren’t usually part of the Tea Party, because apart from the fact they don’t have TVs or computers, they typically use newspapers as blankets. Therefor most people are not part of the Tea Party, and everyday we see the people who need help most, that’s why we’re a liberal town. Now whenever I see Sam Adams beer I’m going to think about how you, Tea Baggers, ruin EVERYTHING. You’ve officially hit me bellow the belt.

I feel like the Teabaggers need to take a step back, look at the facts and really think about what they’re saying and doing before they open their mouths.
